-To know more about the 1’s who surround them then they know of you builds trust, ask detailed leading questions not cookie cutter questions like “Why are you choosing to work here” but ask “ Why are you choosing to let me lead you”
-Accountability within the core, progress is documented, what you say is documented, what you believe is documented, how you look is documented, the expressions you make is documented. What are you building and creating is it for the short term (3-6 months) or long term (10-25 years)
-People will change and due that is inevitable, make sure to document how things is flowing and even new ideas you have for the core
